2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Pandawise AI for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, or distribute our content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pro Access and Payments

Some features require Pro access. Pro is a one-time Lifetime purchase that never renews. First-time users may start with a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled during the trial, the one-time payment is charged when the trial ends. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate IELTS preparation materials, we do not guarantee specific test results. Our practice tests and materials are for educational purposes and may not reflect actual IELTS test questions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pandawise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform.
